MCMA Summer Teachers' Week - 2010
August 30, 2010 - September 3, 2010

Join us for five intensive days dedicated to the art of teaching and the professional musician. Whether you’re an established teacher, aspiring accompanist, or an orchestral musician, we have something for you. Workshops will feature subjects such as Alexander Technique, accompanying, and taxes for the self-employed musician. MCMA Open House

Interested in music lessons for your preschooler? Are you a senior who has always wanted to play the violin? Got a passion for percussion? Join us on September 8th and 9th as we invite the whole community to explore the many options available at the Manitoba Conservatory of Music & Arts.

Our open house will feature:

Live entertainment!

Free ten minute lessons on a variety of instruments (including piano, guitar and violin)

An opportunity to meet and discuss lesson options with our faculty

An instrument petting zoo for children

Refreshments!
